Residential HVAC:

Douglas Cooling Heating Plumbing Electrical will provide you with two professional Maintenance and Efficiency inspections per year, one for cooling and one for heating. This will help provide your home with a safe, comfortable, and energy efficient HVAC system.  These inspections will improve safety, efficiency, and capacity.  They can extend equipment life and help prevent future breakdowns.  Furthermore, we will also perform a safety inspection on the primary electrical panel and primary water heater.  You will also receive, in addition to the above,  priority customer status, discounts on repairs, discounted overtime charges, the option to transfer the agreement to a new homeowner or new home*, and discounts on new equipment.   **5% Discount for Senior/Military (65+)

Commercial HVAC:

Douglas Cooling Heating Plumbing Electrical will provide you with 4 professional Maintenance and Efficiency services per year;  One for cooling maintenance, one for heating maintenance, two for testing, inspecting, and adjusting, and 4 indoor air quality filter changes.  This will help provide your facility with safe, comfortable, and energy efficient HVAC systems.  These services will improve safety, efficiency, and capacity.  They can extend equipment life and help prevent future breakdowns.   You will also receive, in addition to the above, priority customer status, discounts on repairs, discounted overtime charges, discounts on new equipment, and the Douglas experience. 

Generator:

Inspect fuel lines and connections, Inspect oil level, Change oil, Change oil filter, Inspect and Clean enclosure louvers, Remove corrosion on battery, Clean and Tighten battery terminals, Check charge state, Inspect and Change air filter, Observe unit for Vibration/Noise/Leakage/Temperature, Observe correct operation of transfer switch, and Inspect for Safety.
